Vision Property Management is currently seeking local vendors to complete up-coming work orders for seasonal, recurring lawn maintenance at our various property locations. As one of our previous inspectors, we would like to offer you first right refusal regarding these work orders.
The work requested is simple in nature. We are in need of a basic lawn mowing of the front and sides of our properties throughout the spring and summer seasons. This will be a standing work order to occur every 3 weeks until on or around October, depending on the weather. We are offering $25-50 per cut in accordance with the size of the lawn. Completed work order invoices must be emailed to orders@vpm3.com accompanied by 5 to 10 before and after photos in jpg format. Again, this is a very basic lawn mowing, therefore, tasks as edging, bagging, ranking, etc. will be unnecessary. Each work order should not consume more than 20-30 minutes of your time.
